I guess you must be feeling very lonely and unsupported on this project which you clearly have so much passion in. Truth be told, I'm also a believer in preserving our local heritage. I've got many frivolous ideas - one being a knowledge sharing platform to persevere local foods and dishes - something like the slow food movement. But I work full time, so I am guilty of just talking and not doing anything. But it heartens me to see someone going through so much trouble to do this.
